Our firm’s production, The CNC Stamp and Crystal Fixing Machine enables the serial production of these fabrics which had basic production techniques with higher operating costs up to today.

The machine, which has wide operating area, removes the moulding techniques and manual fixing process. The machine, which has no restriction (limitless rotational, linear, cornered pattern) on the pattern that is drawn in the computer environment, is able to run under the control of the computer without any mould demand.

 The CNC Stamp and Crystal Fixing Machine removes the costs of moulds and minimizes the hologram turnovers, so it increases the company’s efficiency in terms of the time and the operating expenses.

In the machine, which has 320cm operating width, there is 8 operation centers which are able to fix crystal or stamp, and able to run with panel size patterns. At each operation center, there can be different colors of crystals and holograms which are defined on the computer during the pattern drawing process.
According to customers’ desires, this machine’s operation centers can be increased or decreased. In addition to this, two different operation processes may be included in one machine.
